Vintage 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse Ref 3848/1, made in the mid 1970s. 32mm X 27mm 18K yellow gold oval case with signed Patek crown, and snap-off case back. The watch has some wear consistent with age. Champagne dial with Roman numerals has some light spotting. 18 Jewel manual wind Patek Philippe movement is running and functioning properly. 18K yellow gold link Patek bracelet and clasp that is stamped "Patek Philippe Geneve Swiss 750". The inside case back is stamped "18K, 750,Patek-Philippe Geneve Swiss, 2828886, 3848/1". The movement is marked "Patek Philippe Geneve Swiss, 215, 18 Jewels, 1336158". This preowned watch comes with a Patek box, as shown.
