Early IWC made for Tiffany & Co, 18K yellow gold large rectangular wristwatch with triple lugs from the the late 1920's to early 1930's. This watch is presented in a Cresarrow case which is correct for this era as Cresarrow made the cases and IWC supplied movements for Tiffany. The rectangular case is slightly curved to sit nicely on the wrist, measuring 33.5mm excluding the lugs x 26.5mm across excluding the crown.  The cream dial shows some nice patina and has Arabic numerals. The cord bracelet has the original 18K gold findings. Originally intended as a man's watch it could be worn by a man or a woman. The 17J manual wind IWC movement is functioning properly.  Caseback personalized as shown. Case stamped 18K, 63668. Movement marked International Watch Co, Swiss 17 Jewels, 3 adj 903461.
